Advancing into Q2: An update on our brand transition

by Anna Dahlman Herrgard, Global Brand and Communication Manager Surface Division

As we approach the second quarter of our brand transition, we're pleased to report that progress continues to align with our strategic plan.

To ensure a seamless transition, we've recently sent an email containing instructions on updating email signatures to reflect our new brand, including the introduction of new email domains. This small but significant change helps unify our communication channels under the new brand umbrella.

Furthermore, we are suggesting that you use Blinq, a user-friendly application, to create your digital business cards. This initiative aims to enhance professionalism and consistency across all interactions.

Throughout the next months, our LinkedIn presence will gradually transition to reflect our new identity, as we slowly begin to join the Epiroc page. We encourage all team members to update their profiles to showcase their employer as Epiroc.

In addition to digital updates, we're making strides in physical branding. Measures were taken in April to facilitate the creation of new uniforms for the DDO and VSL plants. In addition to that, we are taking action to change the external signage for both Montreal plants, as well as revisiting truck design and changing our logo in SAP. The updates for the other offices will be coming up in the next months.

As we move forward into Q2, we remain committed to executing our transition plan with precision and enthusiasm. Thank you for your support as we are advancing step by step toward our Epiroc transition.
