Schramm Aftermarket Department Offers New Maintenance Packages
The Schramm Powered by Epiroc Aftermarket division is launching a sales push designed around preventive maintenance packages for Schramm T455 and T685 RC drilling rigs. The packages consist of Top Head drive maintenance and filter replacement kits that include all required parts and accessories needed for clients to optimize rig performance and prevent downtime.
Schramm Powered by Epiroc engineers and service technicians have identified components prone to stress and wearing that should be replaced at regular intervals. Replacing these components with the materials included in the Top Head maintenance kit is a simple way to improve Top Head performance and prevent costly repairs.
Proper filtration prevents contaminants from entering rig systems and promotes smooth rig operation. The filter rReplacement kits include the correct type and quantity of filters needed for 1000 life-hours of drilling.
By ordering complete maintenance kits, clients ensure they have the necessary parts on-hand to keep their rig running efficiently and avoid downtime. Individual components and filters can also be purchased.
The marketing push includes Aftermarket contact and ordering information, updated parts and product numbers, and a corresponding social media campaign and e-newsletter.
