Internal training completed at Fordia Montréal
Held during the week of September 18-22, a special week of internal training on Fordia products concluded in Montreal. And it was a great success, with over 30 attendees coming from all departments within the REX organization!
Our dedicated presenters delivered a fantastic program. Thank you Derek Gill, Spencer Gauthier, Pierre-Luc Lessard, Danny Coutu, Carmela Loseto, Oreste Soriano, and Luca Arnaldi. Your commitment and expertise made the sessions engaging and enlightening.
Each day was filled with questions and discussions, as we delved from basic drilling functions, deeply into our product portfolio. Presentations included detailed in-the-hole equipment schematic, drill bit updates and drill rod details. We left the training rooms with renewed pride in our products and confidence in what we do best.
As we conclude this remarkable week, we're happy that employees from various departments now have a better understanding of what we do and better connections amongst our team. Thanks again to all for their support and participation!
