Every year the Montreal PC (Fordia) conducts a customer satisfaction survey to make sure our customers are happy and to receive valuable feedback that will help with our planning. The highlights of the survey include:
Overall satisfaction with the company, its services and products was an impressive 93%.
Satisfaction with the performance of our products was equally impressive. Our flagship diamond tool product satisfaction was even higher at 96%. When it came to our core barrel systems, satisfaction was still high at 72%
Customers are happy with the availability of our products. 72% indicated that they were satisfied.
Finally when it came to the name “Exploration and Geoscience” 74% understood the name and what it represents.
A combined 92% felt changing our brand to Epiroc was great and would be less confusing or felt it would have no effect on their business.
The team is very pleased with the results of this year’s survey. In a year when we are transitioning to become “Epiroc”, we are happy to see no potential issues and that our customers will continue to support us.
