Forging Connections: ERG Kazakhstan Visits Our Facilities

Following the return of our team from the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) conference, our offices welcomed five esteemed members from ERG Kazakhstan, which stands as a prominent mining and raw materials supplier in the global market. They were accompanied by the Kazakhstan Business Line Manager, The Regional Manager of Eastern Europe who came all the way from Bulgaria, as well as colleagues from Sweden and Australia.
During this visit, our guests were treated to comprehensive tours of both the Ville Saint-Laurent and Dollard-des-Ormeaux factories, where they gained insights into the intricate assembly processes of our products. Then, they received a presentation given by Luca Arnaldi on product updates, while Joy Delisle conducted an informative training session on drill cores. In turn, they also gave us a presentation on their company, outlining their goals, achievements, and future plans.
In inviting them to our offices, we accomplished two main purposes: to fortify our professional relationships and to showcase the thoroughness of the steps that we take in our drill bit manufacturing process. By providing firsthand exposure to our facilities and processes, we aimed to showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
Moreover, the visit served as an opportunity to promote our products. We are pleased to report that our efforts bore fruit, as our visitors expressed interest in purchasing the Discovore—a product that they got to know during their visit.
All in all, I would like to command our team in their efforts to receive them, in order to solidify our partnership with them as well as promoting our products.
