At this time of year, our teams are hard at work preparing for the world’s most important convention for mineral exploration and mining. While the pandemic has forced a lot of changes, PDAC will take place as usual, but in another form.
This year’s event will be a virtual one so you will be able to join from anywhere in the world. You can access it from your home or office using any mobile or desktop device. All you need is an internet connection and the Chrome browser. The event runs from Monday, March 8 until Thursday, March 11, 2021. As always, there will be educational content and keynotes that will be interactive, but for us the exhibit is the most important and exciting because it’s where we get to meet with our customers. Simply register and you will receive a link that allows you to attend sessions and visit exhibitors.
We will be teaming up with our colleagues from Epiroc to bring you lots of information. You’ll be able to visit our virtual booth where you will be able to learn about new products, see cool product videos, or get brochures and other product information – everything you usually see at an in-person event. You will also be able to book a meeting with a member of our team via video or text chat. While the pandemic has prevented us all from meeting in person, the virtual event offers some advantages. Our booth will be accessible and live 24 hours per day. The team from our Australia office will be attending and available at the booth. If you’re not on the same time as Toronto, rest assured you’ll be able to chat with someone.
New products
We are happy to be introducing everyone to our Rotating Pump Through (RPT) stuffing box, a great product if you are drilling underground or up-hole. Unlike other stuffing boxes, the RPT offers you great advantages that save time and money. We are also pretty excited about our new line of water swivels that offer impressive load capacities. Take this opportunity to ask us about drill rigs and learn about new products offerings.
There will also be an unveiling of a new look for our Viking line of core bits. Our marketing team has been hard at work providing these bits with new branding to help our customers better choose the best core bit.

Despite the pandemic, we are excited about meeting our customers, launching our new products, and everything else that the annual PDAC entails. Everyone in our industry looks forward to this annual event, let’s not miss it.
